John Bostanci

Graduate Student, Columbia University

John is a graduate student at Columbia University advised by Henry Yuen. Before that he was a graduate student at the University of Waterloo advised by John Watrous and did his undergraduate education at Carnegie Mellon University. John is interested in the quantum complexity theory and how it interacts with quantum learning theory and cryptography. Some problems John currently thinks about are the complexity of unitary synthesis problems, perfect completeness of quantum verifiers, parallel repetition for quantum argument systems, and shadow tomography.
