This workshop will focus on the state of the art in terms of experimental realization of quantum devices. What is the current frontier in terms of applications for these devices? Is quantum simulation of physical or chemical systems becoming a reality? What are the prospects for quantum supremacy experiments? In the absence of fault-tolerance, can the devices serve as large-scale but noisy quantum optimizers?
