Rad Niazadeh is a Motwani postdoctoral fellow of the computer science department at Stanford university (theory group), where he is co-hosted by Tim Roughgarden, Amin Saberi and Moses Charikar. Prior to Stanford, he finished his PhD in computer science (minored in applied mathematics) from Cornell university, advised by Robert Kleinberg. He got his MSc and BSc in electrical engineering from Sharif University (Iran). His research interests lie broadly at the intersection of algorithm design, game theory and machine learning, with focus on applications in market design and operations research.
