Description

Emergence of Function

The function of a tissue in a human varies much, for example,  from the eye to the liver.  One may view this from a more basic point of view as the distribution of proteins in the respective cell types.  We integrate two aspects of "emergence" in a mature organism:

1) "Hardwiring" of a genome network of a cell.

2) Turing type of diffusion through separating cells in a tissue.
