Room Reservations
Calvin Lab has several rooms that require visitors to make a reservation, and others that are drop-in spaces.
Please note, you need to be affiliated with the Simons Institute to make reservations.

Please note that the Large Auditorium 140 is reserved only for public events.
Frequently Asked Questions
During orientation day of a new semester, the associate director will meet with the program organizers regarding scheduling internal events. The program organizers will need to come up with a confirmed list of meeting dates and times within the first several weeks of a semester. This will go through an approval process. Program organizers will receive a confirmation that their meeting dates are approved, and the Events Team will update all reserved dates on the respective program web pages and auto populate the calendar on the website. If you request to reserve a room on a holiday or if there is a conflicting institute-wide event, we will not be able to approve the reservation. If you need to add meeting dates later in the semester, you may either fill out the Room Reservation Request form below, or come find us in the Events Office to reserve in person! We request one business day advance notice. You are responsible for looking after the space; please lock the external door and the windows.
