Yueyang Zhong is a fourth-year PhD in Operations Management at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, advised by Prof. Amy Ward. Her research is mainly in the intersection of queueing theory, learning theory, and behavioral science. Her current research includes studying service systems with strategic entities, and learning in queues.
