Weixin Chen

Weixin Chen is a first-year PhD student in Computer Science Department at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, advised by Prof. Han Zhao. She received her M.E. in Artificial Intelligence from Tsinghua University and B.S. in Information and Computing Science from Sun Yat-sen University. Her research focuses on both theoretical and practical aspects of trustworthy machine learning. Her long-term goal is to make machine learning algorithms robust, generalizable, and interpretable. Her work has been published in top conferences such as CVPR, NeurIPS. She is the recipient of Wing Kai Cheng Fellowship, NeurIPS Outstanding Paper Award.
