Thomas Scanlon

Professor, UC Berkeley

Thomas Scanlon is Professor of Mathematics at the University of California,Berkeley. He has served as chair of Berkeley's Group in Logic and the Methodology of Science. He earned an S.B. in Mathematics from the University of Chicago in 1993 and his PhD in Mathematics from Harvard University in 1997. His research focuses on model theory and its connections to other branches of mathematics.
