Thomas Sakoparnig

Thomas Sakoparnig is a postdoctoral fellow at the Biozentrum of University of Basel. Previously, he obtained a PhD in Computational Biology from ETH Zurich (2014) and an MSc in Bioinformatics from King's College London (2010). His research focuses on bacterial evolutionary dynamics, carcinogenesis and epigenomics.
