Stefani Karp

Graduate Student, Carnegie Mellon University

Stefani Karp is a PhD student at Carnegie Mellon University. She graduated from Princeton University in 2015, where she studied theoretical CS — completing an undergraduate thesis on persistent data structures. After that, she spent three years as a software engineer at Google working on search quality. Stefani started her PhD in Fall 2018, and her research interests currently span a broad range of topics in theoretical machine learning.
