Assistant Professor, UC Davis

Slobodan Mitrović is an Assistant Professor at UC Davis. He received his PhD degree from the Computer Science department at EPFL, advised by Prof. Aleksander Mądry. He was also a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Theory of Computation group at MIT, hosted by Prof. Ronitt Rubinfeld.
Broadly speaking, he is interested in algorithmic graph theory and combinatorial approach to optimization. His research focuses on designing efficient algorithms in the context of memory-constrained computation, such as parallel, distributed, streaming, and local computation.
