Ofir Hameiri is currently a bioinformatics PhD candidate in the Department of Human Molecular Genetics and Biochemistry under the supervision of Gil Ast at Tel Aviv University. Ofir studies the dynamics between gene architecture, the 3D organization of the chromatin, and the splicing mechanism.
