Nima Anari

Postdoctoral Researcher, Stanford University

Nima Anari is a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University, hosted by Amin Saberi. He obtained his PhD in Computer Science from UC Berkeley, where he was part of the theory group and was advised by Satish Rao. Prior to that, he obtained his BSc in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from Sharif University of Technology. Anari's research interests include approximation algorithms, spectral graph theory, and more importantly, the applications of polynomials in algorithm design, combinatorics, and probability.
