Karolina Roy is a PhD student and member of the Machine Learning group at the University of Cambridge, studying under the supervision of Zoubin Ghahramani. She received her Bachelors in Mathematics from the University of Warwick in 2011. She completed Part III of the University of Cambridge Mathematical Tripos in 2012, receiving a MASt in Mathematics. Her doctoral research focuses on the use of neural networks for generative models and collaborative filtering problems.
