Jorge Garza Vargas

Jorge is a second-year PhD candidate in the Department of Mathematics at UC Berkeley. He is co-adviced by Nikhil Srivastava and Dan-Virgil Voiculescu. His research focuses on exploring the interactions between analytic theory of polynomials, random matrices and quantum probability. Before coming to Berkeley he got a BS in mathematics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
