Dr. Gregory Berkolaiko is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Texas A&M University, where he has been a faculty member since 2004 and a full professor since 2014. He earned his PhD from the University of Bristol in 2000. His research focuses on spectral theory and its applications in mathematical physics, including quantum graphs, random matrices, quantum chaos, and quantum transport.
Dr. Berkolaiko has authored over 75 articles and the widely cited monograph "Introduction to Quantum Graphs". He has held numerous visiting positions, including at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, Sydney Mathematics Research Institute and the Institute of Mathematics at the University of Toulouse.
