Fabio Vandin

Fabio Vandin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Engineering at the University of Padova (Italy). His research is in the design and analysis of combinatorial and statistical algorithms for the analysis of biological data, with a focus on problems that arise in the analysis of datasets from high-throughput technologies. He received his PhD in Information Engineering from the University of Padova, and completed his postdoctoral training in the Department of Computer Science at Brown University.
