Doron Puder is a Professor of Mathematics in Tel Aviv University. He completed his PhD in the Hebrew University in 2014, under the supervision of Nati Linial. He spent four years (2014-2016 and 2024-2026) in the Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton.

Doron is interested in combinatorial, geometric and probabilistic group theory, random matrices, representation theory and spectral theory of graphs and manifolds. All these fields are related through the study of random representations and word measures on groups.
