Connal Parsley

Associate Professor, University of Kent

Connal Parsley is currently Senior Lecturer in Law at Kent Law School, UK. He is Deputy Director of the Kent Centre for Critical Thought, and Co-Director of the AHRC-funded ‘Law and the Human’ network. The network examines how contemporary life impacts paradigms of humanity underlying Western legal systems. Connal’s interdisciplinary research spans legal theory, political philosophy and visual culture. His current project concerns the connection between decisions, evaluation and the human in administrative law, and the potential of prefigurative research methods to identify the emergent normative principles of techno-social ecologies.
