Description
Henry Yuen gives an informal primer on the minimum complexity assumptions needed for (non information theoretic) quantum cryptography. Basically the equivalent to Impagliazzo’s minicrypt in the quantum v.s. quantum world. It’s a strange and interesting world where OWFs might not exist, but significant cryptography can still be done.
