Abstract
An overview of current cryptocurrency regulatory policy, a look at possible future legislation, and the constitutional limits to regulation. Throughout there will be a focus on non-custodial entities within cryptocurrency networks, software wallet designers, smart contract participants, and participants in payment channels like the Lightning Network and how/whether they are regulated.
