I'll review the drivers of computer architecture (Moore's Law, Dennard Scaling, domain specific architectures, Roofline performance model) and upcoming critical challenges (deceleration of memory bandwidth and capacity, power, carbon footprint) and opportunities (chiplets, high bandwidth memory, high bandwidth flash)
