Yahav Bechavod is a PhD student in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, advised by Katrina Ligett. He is broadly interested in learning theory, with an emphasis on theoretical questions regarding algorithmic fairness, data privacy and adaptive data analysis. He received his MSc in Computer Science (summa cum laude, 2018) and his BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics (2016), both from the Hebrew University.
