Ruoxu Cen is a third-year PhD student advised by Prof. Debmalya Panigrahi at Duke University. His research interest is graph algorithms of theoretical computer science. He have published several papers in top conferences about graph sparsification, minimum cut and edge connectivity augmentation.
Prior to that, He received bachelor degree from Yao Class at Tsinghua University.
