Maoyuan 'Raymond' Song is a fourth-year PhD student in Purdue University, co-advised by Dr. Elena Grigorescu and Dr. Paul Valiant. His research interest lies broadly in optimization and beyond worst-case analysis, specifically learning-augmented algorithms, online and approximation algorithms, statistical estimation, and learning theory. He is recently interested in error-correcting codes, in particular interactive coding protocols.

Raymond Song obtained his Master's and Bachelor's degree in Carnegie Mellon University prior to joining Purdue.
