Payam Delgosha

Payam Delgosha is a PhD student in the EECS department at UC Berkeley. He received his MS degree in electrical engineering and BSc in electrical engineering and pure mathematics both from Sharif University of technology in 2014 and 2012, respectively. His research interests include information theory and game theory.
