Parinya Chalermsook

Parinya Chalermsook received his PhD from the University of Chicago in June 2012, under the supervision of Julia Chuzhoy and Janos Simon. He did a short postdoc at the Swiss AI Lab (IDSIA) before he spending three and a half years at Max Planck Institute for Informatics (at first as a postdoc and later as a senior research scientist). His current research interests include approximation algorithms, data structures, and combinatorics.
