Manoj Prabhakaran

Manoj Prabhakaran is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, where he has been a faculty member since 2005. Manoj's primary research interest is in theoretical cryptography. He is also interested in computational complexity, information theory, applied cryptography and security. Manoj graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, with a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering and the Institute Gold Medal, in 2000. He received a PhD in Computer Science from Princeton University in 2005. Manoj has received an IBM PhD Fellowship, an NSF CAREER award and a Beckman Faculty Fellowship.
