Laurenz Wiskott

Laurenz Wiskott is full professor at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum, in Germany. He holds a diploma in Physics from the Universität Osnabrück, and a PhD from the Ruhr-Universität Bochum. In the course of his career, Wiskott has worked at the Salk Institute in San Diego, the Institute for Advanced Studies in Berlin, and the Institute for Theoretical Biology at Humboldt-Universität Berlin. He has worked in the fields of Computer Vision, Neural Networks, Machine Learning, and Computational Neuroscience.
