Koen de Boer

Graduate Student, CWI

Koen de Boer is a cryptographer with a strong mathematical background in algebraic and arithmetic number theory. His current research focuses on the post-quantum security of lattice-based cryptography involving number fields, as well as the computational hardness differences between cryptography involving ideal lattices and general lattices. Koen’s latest work involves a thorough analysis of a quantum algorithm with consequences in number theory and certain instances of ideal-lattice based cryptography.
