Kanav Setia

Graduate Student, Dartmouth College

Kanav Setia received his BTech in aerospace engineering with a minor in astronomy and planetary sciences from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology. Following that, he worked at the Semi-Conductor Laboratory as a MEMS engineer. He is now currently a graduate student at Dartmouth College in the department of physics and astronomy, working alongside James Whitfield in the study of quantum computing. His research largely focuses on fermionic quantum simulation and how to increase its efficiency on quantum computers.
