Jeremy Berg

University of California, Davis

Jeremy Berg is a PhD student in Population Biology at UC Davis with Graham Coop. Jeremy's research interests focus on understanding the nature of the genetic diversity that matters for adaptation, as well as the impact of selection and adaptation on genome-wide patterns of diversity. Specifically, his work focuses on detecting signals of selection on quantitative traits using GWAS data, as well as methods for quantifying the impact of linked selection genome-wide.
