Ioannis Koutis

Ioannis Koutis is an associate professor in the computer science department at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras. He holds a PhD in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University, and a diploma in computer engineering and informatics from the University of Patras, Greece. His research interests include algorithmic applications of spectral graph theory, numerical computations with provable properties and algebraic algorithms for parameterized and exact problems. In 2012, Ioannis Koutis was awarded an NSF CAREER award.
