Gretchen Matthews

Gretchen Matthews is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Virginia Tech where she leads the Applied Algebra Research Group and serves as Director of a regional component of Commonwealth Cyber Initiative (CCI). Her research program is in applications of algebraic geometry and combinatorics to coding theory and related areas.
