Eren C. Kizildag is a PhD student at MIT, advised by David Gamarnik. His research interests revolve around theory of machine learning and high-dimensional statistics, where he is interested in devising computationally efficient algorithms for solving machine learning problems and understanding fundamental computational limits of such problems. Eren received his BS in Electrical Engineering at Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey in 2014; and his MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT, Cambridge, MA in 2017.
Eren won a Summa Cum Laude award at 24th annual meeting of ISMRM, Singapore, 2016; a Silver Medal in Silk Road Mathematical Olympiad, 2010; and several medals at National Math Olympiads in Turkey.
- Probability, Geometry, and Computation in High Dimensions, Fall 2020. Visiting Graduate Student.
