Edith Cohen

Research Scientist, Tel Aviv University and Google
Edith Cohen is a research scientist at Google and a (visiting) full professor at Tel Aviv University. She received a PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University in 1991 and worked for AT&T Bell Laboratories, AT&T Labs, Microsoft Research. Her research interests span multiple areas including algorithms, data science, machine learning, and computer networking. She is a fellow of the ACM, a winner of the IEEE ComSoc 2007 Bennett prize, and an author of 20+ patents and 100+ publications. She is currently serving as the Editor in Chief of the ACM Transaction on Algorithms.
