Claire Mathieu

Claire Mathieu got her PhD in Computer Science in 1988 at the Université d'Orsay. She has had positions at CNRS, École normale supérieure of Lyon, Université d'Orsay, École Polytechnique, Brown University, and École normale supérieure. She is the 2017-18 Collège de France recipient of the Chair "Informatique et Sciences Numériques". She works on Algorithms, with a focus on approximation algorithms.
