Graduate Student, UC Berkeley
Christian is a first-year PhD student in the Theory Group at UC Berkeley, advised by Christian Borgs and Jennifer Chayes. He broadly interested in theoretical computer science, artificial intelligence and mathematical economics. Most recently, graph theory, combinatorial optimization and algorithmic game theory. He also thinks about how tools and techniques from TCS, AI and economic design can yield insights about and help solve important societal problems. Before Berkeley, he graduated from Oberlin College with a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science, under the mentorship of Adam Eck and Sam Taggart.
