Carolyn Winter has more than 25 years of experience in the Bay Area nonprofit sector. Her ongoing commitment to serving the public interest has included engagement with arts and educational organizations, and at a research center dedicated to best practices in the development of critical infrastructure and science related to cybersecurity. She earned her B.A. from Bard College and holds an M.A. from San Francisco State University. If you can't find her on the mat in a yoga or jujitsu class, you'll probably see her behind a book. She lives in Oakland with her family.
