Andreas Galanis

Research Assistant, University of Oxford

Andreas Galanis is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Oxford, working with Leslie Ann Goldberg. He received his Phd in Algorithms, Combinatorics, and Optimization from the School of Computer Science at Georgia Tech, advised by Eric Vigoda. He obtained an MS in mathematics at Georgia Tech, an MS in Logic, Algorithms & Computation at the University of Athens, and a diploma in electrical and computer engineering at the National Technical University of Athens. His research interests are in counting and sampling, random graphs and phase transitions.
