Albert Cheu

Graduate Student, Northeastern University

Albert Cheu is a PhD student in the Algorithms and Theory program at Northeastern University’s College of Computer and Information Science, advised by Jonathan Ullman. He is a native of Brooklyn, New York, and received his bachelor's degree from New York University.

Albert’s research focuses on theoretical computer science, and he is a member of the Algorithms and Theory Group. Albert enjoys the challenge of discovering a well-motivated problem and defining it rigorously—the art of finding the beginning of a maze may not be as celebrated as getting to the end, but it is one that requires much imagination.
