Sarah Morell

Originally from Hamburg, Germany, Sarah Morell moved to Switzerland and finished her undergraduate studies in Mathematics at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in 2014. Afterwards, she worked as a teaching assistant at a primary school in Switzerland before beginning graduate studies at EPFL in 2015. Morell is currently majoring in theoretical mathematics, with a special interest in discrete optimization. In addition, she chose to minor in theoretical computer science, with a special interest in automatons and algorithms. This semester, she is working as a teaching assistant for an undergraduate course in discrete optimization taught by Friedrich Eisenbrand.
