Elham Kashefi

Elham Kashefi is a computer scientist who has pioneered a transdisciplinary interaction of quantum and classical expertise in all aspects of theoretical investigation, all the way to actual experimental and industrial engineering implementation. She is a permanent researcher at the Laboratoire Traitement et Communication de l’Information, member of the Paris Center for Quantum Computing, associate professor in the school of informatics at the University of Edinburgh, associate director of the UK networked quantum information technologies, and holder of an EPSRC Established Career Fellowship in Quantum Technology. She is a pioneer and patent holder in the fields of quantum cloud and quantum verification, which are critical foundations for her recently awarded EPSRC established career fellowship in Quantum Technology to direct a partnership among 17 academic and industrial stakeholders.
